a) Board Members –
Highest decision-making body of the Network. It is headed by the Chair and meets annually.

b) Management Team –
The operational team that take day-to-day operational decisions, ensures, and supervises the implementation of all project interventions. The team is led by the Executive Secretary.

c) Administrative Team –
This team is responsible for all the Administrative issues of the Network. It is led by the Senior Administrator who manages and runs the office.

d) Financial Team –
The organization has very credible financial team that oversees all the accounting and finance function of the organization. They ensure that correct accounts books are kept, and vouchers are submitted to respective partners in time. This team is led by the Finance officer.

e) Field Officers –
This is made up of technical officers responsible for the various thematic areas of the organization. They are responsible for direct implementation of projects and programmes. Depending on the assignment at hand, field officers are continuously recruited to implement given projects.

f) Associate Consultants –
IWEN has very competent associate consultants who offer various services to the organization. These consultants are recruited as and when the organization has some assignments that fall within the expertise of the consultants. They range from political leadership, organisation and institutional development, indigenous women empowerment, Accounts, Agricultural Value Chain Development, Agricultural Marketing, Media, Advocacy, Reproductive Health, General Health, Employee Wellbeing, Policy formulation and analysis, etc.
